Next-Level Network Infrastructure with Patented 'Waterfall' Cable Management
Managing high-density copper and fiber-optic cabling in data centers and telecom rooms is one of the most critical challenges in modern network engineering. Kinking, excessive tension, or sharp bends violate the minimum bending radius of Cat 6A/7 cables and multi-strand optical fibers, degrading transmission signal bandwidth and causing packet loss. The Rittal TX CableNet solves this with an innovative roof concept: curved plastic 'waterfall' profiles direct incoming cables from above into the rack interior smoothly, preserving the required bending radius automatically without requiring manual dressing.
Fast-Track Deployment with Zero-Tool Snap-In Interior Installation
Time is of the essence when deploying enterprise networks. The TX CableNet is delivered pre-assembled and engineered for rapid out-of-the-box commissioning. The 19" (482.6 mm) mounting angles are continuously adjustable in depth and feature standard U-height markings. Quick-release fasteners allow side panels, doors, and cable fingers to be removed and repositioned in seconds without requiring screwdrivers or specialized tools.
Optimized Airflow for Active Switches & Dense Patch Panels
Available with either a modern glazed safety glass front door for low-noise office closets or a 78% perforated vented steel door for high-density network switches and patch panels. The vented door configuration maximizes natural convection and fan-assisted airflow, eliminating localized hot spots around high-throughput core routers and enterprise SAN directors.
Full Compatibility with Rittal PDU, CMC III & System Accessories
The TX CableNet integrates seamlessly into the complete Rittal IT ecosystem. Intelligent Rittal PDUs mount directly in the zero-U space along the vertical frame, leaving all 19" horizontal rack units available for IT servers and switches. CMC III environmental sensors, cable trays, and brush strips snap into pre-punched system punchings without requiring field drilling.
