100% Drill-Free Mechanical and Electrical Assembly
Traditional busbar building requires time-consuming hole punching, drilling, and tapping that permanently weakens copper bars. With RiLine60, all power connections, conductor tap-offs, and component adapters clamp directly onto the busbars without a single drilled hole. This completely eliminates copper shavings inside the enclosure and allows effortless repositioning of components during maintenance or panel expansion.
Comprehensive OM & CB Component Adapters
Rittal OM component adapters provide ready-to-mount platforms for contactors, motor protection circuit breakers, and soft starters. Equipped with pre-wired heat-resistant connection leads and adjustable support rails, OM adapters reduce wiring labor by up to 60%. For heavier feeder circuits, CB adapters mount 3-pole and 4-pole MCCBs up to 630 A directly onto the 60 mm busbars.
Integrated RiLine NH Fuse-Switch Disconnectors
From compact Size 000 (up to 160 A) to heavy-duty Size 3 (up to 630 A), Rittal NH fuse-switch disconnectors offer high-breaking capacity short-circuit isolation. Optional integrated electronic fuse monitoring (EFM) and smart current sensor modules transmit live voltage, current, and phase angle metrics via Modbus RTU or IO-Link to centralized industrial IoT energy management systems.
