The Rittal RiLine Compact is an innovative power distribution board system specifically engineered for small enclosures, machine control panels, and decentralized automation cabinets. Delivering up to 125 A current carrying capacity in an ultra-compact footprint, it replaces cumbersome traditional comb busbars and chaotic individual point-to-point wiring.
All-Round Shock-Hazard Protection (IP2XB)
Safety is built directly into the core of RiLine Compact. The entire copper board is completely enclosed in an insulated, flame-retardant chassis with a standardized 4.5 mm pitch grid. Any unused slots remain inherently touch-safe (IP2XB), allowing electrical technicians to safely snap on new motor starter adapters or change components without shutting down the entire distribution panel.
Drill-Free Snap-On Push-In Technology
Installation is completely tool-free. The base board snaps effortlessly onto standard 35 mm DIN rails or bolts onto enclosure mounting plates. Incoming power cables connect via spring-loaded push-in terminals, while outgoing motor feeders and circuit breakers mount via specialized snap-on component adapters with integrated wiring leads, slashing panel assembly time by up to 50%.
Universal Component Compatibility
RiLine Compact accommodates all major industrial switchgear brands including Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, and Eaton. With dedicated adapters for motor protection switches, reversing starters, and 1-pole/3-pole MCBs, panel builders achieve a clean, standardized, and vibration-resistant layout that adheres to international IEC 61439 standards.
